This is Peyton Hillis. Running Back for the Cleveland Browns. Last season he averaged 4.4 yards per carry Originally chosen in the seventh round (No. 227 overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft; Traded, along with two draft picks, to the Browns on 3/14/2010 for quarterback Brady Quinn..He would be the first person I would build the team around.
This is Joshua Cribbs. He is the Browns Wide Receiver, Kick, and Punt Returner. In 2009 became the NFL's all-time record holder with 8 career kickoff return touchdowns...Broke a tie for the record on 12/20 in Kansas City when he returned kickoffs 100 and 103 yards for scores...Also named to his second Pro Bowl in 2009...His 4 total return TDs in '09 set a Browns record. Named to the NFL's All-Decade Team. He would be the second person I would build the team around.
This is left tackle Joe Thomas. He has made it to the pro bowl all four years that he has been in the league. He has also started all 64 games in the past four years. He was originally drafted by Cleveland in the first round, third overall, of the 2007 NFL Draft. He will be the last person I will build the team around.
COACH PAT SHURMUR
Shurmur spent the past two seasons (2009-10) as the offensive coordinator with the St. Louis Rams. He helped the Rams improve to a 7-9 record. In 2010, he guided St. Louis’ offense to improvements in nearly every category including total yards, time of possession and third-down percentage.

Control of the Browns was given to Lerner, when his father, Al Lerner, died in October 2002 he was awarded the new Browns franchise.
