- Why should students continue reading novels like these throughout their educational years?
Enduring Understandings• Reading one classic can enlighten you a
great deal• Classics such as The Catcher in the Rye can
provide insight into students’ thought processes
• There are a ton of them, but each little bit helps
• Classic novels, while not all suited to be read in a classroom environment, can provide excerpts and connections
