HOW TO USE PREZI

OVERVIEW

Prezi is a software that lets

you create a presentation in a

new environment unlike

the traditional presentation that

uses slides. With Prezi your whole

presentation is arrange on a one big

canvass so you can show ideas in context

LETS BEGIN THE TUTORIAL

CREATING AN ACCOUNT

Open your browser

Click the address box

Type: www.prezi.com

Click GET STARTED

Click CONTINUE FREE

Fill in the form

Click Create your free account

Click GET STARTED

Click this button

Click this button

Click this button

Click START CREATING

INSTALLING PREZI IN YOUR COMPUTER

Click Download

Open your download folder and double Click this icon

double click this file.

Click the drop down arrow to select the language

Click OK

Prezi is now installing in your pc.

Click Next

Choose I accept the terms in the

license agreement

Click Install

Wait while Prezi is installing

Prezi successfully installed

Click Finish

GETTING STARTED

Click this Icon your desktop

Enter your email address here

Type your password here

Click Log in

Click Continue with trial

Click New synced prezi

Click Start blank prezi

Prezi will provide you with a circle frame

and a two text box inside the frame.

RECOGNIZING THE DIFFERRENT FRAMES

This blue circle is called frame

Click this button here to change the frame

This is the Circle Frame

This is the BRACKET FRAME

This is the RECTANGLE FRAME

This is the INVISIBLE FRAME

Here is your frames located

ADDING TEXT AND ITS PROPERTIES

Now “Click to add text” to start

typing your message

Type: Hello World

Click here to make your text smaller

Click this to make your text bigger

Click this to change the colour of your text

Click this to make your text BOLD

Click this button to make your text ITALIC

ADDING A FRAME

Click “+ Add” button to make a second frame

Click and drag this frame into your canvass

Drop your second frame here

Drag this corner to resize your frame

Click inside the frame to insert text

INSERTING IMAGE

Click here to insert image

Type: “Earth” here to search images online

Drag and drop this image into your second frame

Click this to resize your image

Click here to select image from your PC

Select your image

Click Open

IMAGE POSITIONING AND EFFECTS

Right click image to show more options

Click Send to Back

Your first image can now be seen

Click the image

Click Effects

Click Enhance

Select Hi-Def, Illuminate or color fix

Click Apply or Cancel

Click Effects

Choose from a variety of Effects

Click Frames

Choose from a variety of frames

Click Focus

Choose between the two shapes

Drag the box inside the image

If you focus at the top of your image the lower image will be blur

the lower image will be blur

Click Warmth

Drag the slider left or right to adjust the warmth of the image

Drag this button left or right to adjust the brightness

As you can see your image turn into black and white

Choose from Free Color or Smart Color

Hover your mouse to your image

When you click on the image it will reveal its color

How to insert a Youtube video on Prezi

Add a third frame

Choose your frame

Drag and drop your frame

Click Insert

Choose YouTube video

Insert link of your YouTube video

Open your browser

Type: youtube.com

Type here the video that you want to insert. Ex. Prezi

insert. Ex. Prezi

Choose this video

Copy this URL

Paste the link onto the box

Click Insert

Drag your video into the frame

Click Present to start showing your frames
