PROCEDURE-We cut the Red cabbage

Extraction-We extracted the pigment of the Red Cabbage by boiling it in water-We separated the violet pigment by filtration

RESULTThe pigment has this chemical formula

SPECTRUMIn the graph we can see the absorbtion in the violet and green and no absorption for red and blue which gives the colour to the pigment
