Impact Challenges offer a supplemental form of training in which individual stakeholders or small teams are given regular, short-form scenario based challenges which they respond to individually and then discuss on-line.
The challenges stimulate resilient thinking and by sharing responses with peers, allow a continuous assessment of capability, workplace learning and knowledge transfer.
Risk Related Challenges
• Outside of first responder agencies, risk related training is often designed to prepare people for challenges which they may never face
