-This activity is ideal for 3rd

graders. Students will identify basic
needs of animals and recognize that population sizes fluctuate as animals can or cannot meet their basic needs.
Students will physically participate in an activity and then make a line graph of the results.
-This activity is fun for students in grades 3-7. Students will
investigate the masses of various types of gum as it is chewed and decide reasons for those differences.
Students will use scales to measure mass and figure ratios.
-This activity is great for students in grades 3-7. Students will
learn about the forces of flight and then launch water rockets. Students will measure the distance their rockets
travel and then figure the mean, median, mode and range of their data.
-This activity would be appropriate for students in grades 3-
7. Students will easily and enjoyably learn essential algebraic concepts and skills through the visual and
kinesthetic learning system developed by Dr. Henry Borenson.
