Metaphase Duplicated chromosomes line up across middle of the cell 12. 13. 14. 15. 16. Anaphase The spindle fibres begin to tug at the centromere, pulling over the sister chromatids to their side. 17. 18. 19. 20. 21. 22. Telophase The stage of mitosis where the spindle fibres disappear, and the nucleus and nucleolous reappear. 23. 24. 25. 26. 27.
