ABOUT THE CHAIRMANABOUT THE CHAIRMAN

The founding CCW Chairman and President Atty. Jose Malvar Villegas Jr. with CCW National Directorate appointed Mark Ybanez Gabumpa, a former Special Drug Education Center Director, as National Vice President for Administration. Being the CCW VP, conceptualized the creation of the result oriented groups called the "CCW -Special Task Force" or otherwise known as CCW-STF in order to maximize the potential effectivity of CCW volunteers in the community using holistic approach  towards the promotion of a Crime Free and a Drug Free Community
