First open and/or ready the document you want to print.

Click the File menu under of that choose Print. In Print click Print Properties.

This is automatically appeared.

In Commonly Used Setting click Standard. Standard is use for printing document.

If you want to print your document in black and white check the checkbox Grayscale Printing under of Additional Features.

But if you want to print your document in colored you don’t need to check in the checkboxes.

You may also customize the print quality by clicking the combo box of Print Quality just choose your desire quality: High, Standard or Fast.

After setting up your Printer Properties click OK.

Then click Print.

Your document is now printing.
