Melanie Franklin has been responsible for the successful delivery of effective change and for creating environments that support transformational change for over twenty years. She was awarded Accredited Change Manager status by the Change Management Institute in 2013 and her 8th book, ‘Agile Change Management’ was published by Kogan Page in March 2014.
