Students are dissatisfied with the entitled atmosphere at NVU
Chester Nicholson III will not donate to the school with a bad reputation

Problem: Returning students do not feel like they are participating in
meaningful service projects
Dean Dr. Wu will serve as the advisor to NIIP
Budget of $500.00 per student upon return
Dean Wu is also uses the advising opportunity to reacclimatize students to the NVU environment.

Problem:Students are having a tough time adjusting to returning from studying abroad.
After being exposed to the many struggles, they grow tired of taking their lives for granted, and by campus climate at NVU resulting in transfer
Solution:NVU World Wide: A weekend retreat for returning students from abroad to discuss potential
issues of unrest as a result of studying abroad. Outlets created to deal with managing new emotionsand changing campus ecology.
Problem: Students at NVU are not aware of their privilege and the
affects their attitudes have on the unprivileged.
