What they eat Did you know snakes only eat meat? insect up to another snake . Other snakes constrict their prey All snakes eat meat. No snake eats plants. Snakes have one row of teeth. Some snakes have fangs. The fangs of some snake are poisonous venom. A snake can eat something as small. Constricting is when a snake squeezes their pray until they suffocate.

Snakes have a lot of different patterns. Snakes have stripes, spots, and more patterns. Snakes can come in all the different colors except pink and purple. There are almost about 2,700 different types of snakes in the world, and there are about 295 snakes are venomous. Snakes can grow from 1 inch to 25 feet long. Snakes can be thin and short or thick and long.

Hide and SeekSnakes are all different colors so they use their colors to blend in. Snakes use camouflage to get away from predator. Snakes use camouflage to catch their prey. Snakes blend in with their surroundings, so the predator or prey can’t see them the snake.
