Salvador Dali is probably the most respected artists of the modern era. This is reflected through many paintings. One thing which made him earn almost all of his fame is his unique combination of stylistic traits. No one before has conquered such a common theme with traits which are usually not mixed together. His unique personality and past time have inspired dozens of paintings all which have amazed millions. His favorite painting to draw is probably clocks. Clocks also are an important role in his most popular painting “The Persistence of Memory.” He had two of his own museums while he was alive; which set a new record and standard. Now he has a little less than a dozen museums dedicated just to him. He has museums in; Spain, Barcelona, London, Cleveland, France, and Amsterdam. There is currently an award winning museum in St. Petersburg, FL which is expected to open is just a few months. Salvador Dali, has opened a new window for art.
