How we found moodle and got started

• ECOO – Educational Computing Organization of Ontario

• Installed moodle to our domain

• Found good tech support

In the beginning. . .

• Introduced moodle; and its power, to our tech savvy mover-and-shaker teachers and let them try it

• Word began to spread

• We offered in-house PD• Students and parents

began asking for it

Convincing the Majority

• Administration expected each teacher to have a moodle for at least one course per semester

• Now it is an expectation from students, parents and administration that teacher use and update moodle regularly.
