Prior to using Blackboard Connect, Food Services used a number of methods to remind families about negative lunch balances:
• Letters from Food Services or school administration
• Notices/calls from Kitchen Managers
Switched to using Blackboard Connect approximately 3 years ago
Now use Community Outreach, as a Blend-It Phone call
• Phone calls made every 2-3 weeks
