-onions -water -tomatoes -mussels -red pepper -mollusc -olive oil -cuttlefish -saffron - cray fish -garlic -rice -salt -chicken
1- Boil the mussels until they are opened and keep them. Then cut the chicken. After that, peel the tomatoes and the pepper.
2- Brown the chicken in a cooking pot with hot oil. 10 minutes later, add the see-food and let boil 10 minutes more.
3- Move away the sea-food. Add the peppers and some minutes later add the tomatoes and garlic.
4- Finally, mix the rice, the saffron and pour the broth. After that add, the see-food. Keep the mix cooking slowly for 10 minutes, more or less.
