Why use children’s stories to teach lessons in Leadership?

1. It’s FUN!

2. Very few people actually do not like to be read to – and everyone can relate to children’s literature.

3. There is always a lesson of some kind in a children’s story.

4. It’s easy to turn the lesson around and make the kids do all the work.

5. There are lots of follow-up options, journal prompts, activities, and projects that can be created from one story/topic.

6. It makes them THINK.
