MIGRATION
― Briefly migration is the movement of people from one place to another. It can be international movement between different countries or internal movement within a country, often from rural to urban areas.
― However why either Azerbaijanis or other Central Asian countries eager to migrate Turkey? The answer is simple

WHY TURKEY?
Among the countries of Central Asia Turkey has the largest geographical area with with the total number of 80 million people and 14 million legal people 18th of the world’s most populus city, metropol Istanbul. This means more business, job opportunities.
Moreover, Turkey accepts multiple citizenship and has tight relations with their close neighbors; Azerbaijan, Bulgaristan and Turkmenistan are one of them. Each year many foreign students especially from Central Asia are coming to Turkey.
TURKEY IS WELL-DEVELOPED COUNTRY

EDUCATION IS BETTER IN TURKEY
In Central Asia Turkey is the number one in terms of the field of education. Even some universities are well known in other countries of the world; OTDU, Istanbul Bogazici University are one of the examples.
Also, Turkey accepts many students from countries in the Central Asia than other countries. Thus, according to NTVMSNBC Turkey 2011 analyses last five years there are 26 thousand students are studying and count upwards. Analyses of foreign students chart.

AZERBAIJAN THE LAND OF FIRE
Azerbaijan is the country of fire, because of the wealth of the oil the country encountered many wars. These wars started at the end of the 19th century and still continues. Therefore, many people have migrated to their close neighbor, Turkey.
The petroleum industry in Azerbaijan produces about 800,000 barrels of oil per day and 1 billion cubic meters of gas per year. Azerbaijan is one of the birthplaces of the oil industry, its history is linked to the fortunes of petroleum.

ORGANISATIONAL SUPPORT
Turkey’s close brother Azerbaijanis migrated people have a very good living conditions. In fact, Azerbaijanis immigrants have their organizational support in Turkey. Organisational support (OS) is a place where immigrants can get assistance to their problems.
OS provide information regarding immigration issues, orientation, referral services, employment assistance etc. For instance, the immigrants of Eskisehir may be the best example in terms of Organisational support.

ORGANISATIONAL SUPPORT IN ESKISEHIR
Eskisehir is a city of students; in fact the “European City” name given. In Eskisehir 1.5 million students studying. Each year from Azerbaijan about 60 students going to study in Turkey. According to Eskisehir Azerbaijanis Organisational support (EAOS) in 2012 there are 160 students studying. Most of them stays in Eskisehir as soon as they get graduated and get their citizenship.
EAOS assist Azerbaijanis people to find a home, better job etc. Moreover, help Azerbaijanis in terms of important event arrangements, meetings and the graduated students to get their Turkish citizenship.

Most of participants want to become a citizen of the country and most of them want to get better job and high salary. Other means, some of them married; thus, they are staying in Turkey.

IN CONCLUSION Among Central Asia Turkey has a great power and
being big city it has advantages of finding better job with better salary, also education system is better than other Turk related countries.
Therefore, most people want to become an citizen. Azerbaijanis is one of them. They have their own organization support and with that support they solve their problems.
Further, to measure the credibility of this support the survey was conducted and the results for the survey shows that organizational support plays and important role and most people want to become a Turk because of better job and high salary.
