VAN DE WIELE MAX 91
The Master in Axminster MAX91 is the first machine in history completely designed and developed for weaving Axminster carpets at a high speed.
The MAX91 has a stable basic machine with a robust ground frame.
The knife bit carriers are driven by a servomotor programmed for a quick motion during cutting and with a slow return motion to reduce the temperature.
Area rugs woven with a patented 2-shot through
the back give a hand-knotted look The MAX91 can weave names and logos Pile yarns, even of different thicknesses are easily
woven by the patented MAX gripper.
The MAX91 can weave a broad range of carpetqualities in pitch 7 DPI with up to 16 colour frameswithout incorporated pile yarns.
Patented pile gripper without pivot and bearing , suitable for gripping thick & thin pile yarns in the same carpet permitting new carpet design possibilities.
Carriers individually driven, non reset system for 16 colour frames at high speed.
The Human Machine Interface touch screen controller used for We@velink production planning.
Axminster rugs with relief or high/low effects with cut pile & chenille fillings in different areas. 3-shot Vandewiele Axminster weavestructure with cut pile areas and flat weave with chenille fillings.
Axminster carpet weave structure in 16 colours with invisible warp yarns & no incorporated pile.Axminster rug with a hand-knotted back side, no warp yarns visible, hand knotted fringes made with the warp yarns & knotted carpet flexible hand.
AUTOMATED BOBBİN CREEL
Automated bobbin creel, taking A robot fills a matrix of cellsyarn from big bobbins or a hank. with pile yarn.
The yarn tail in the cell is automatically spliced to the next yarn to be wound in.
The winding process pushes the stored coil forward along the cell
The quantity of yarn in the cells is adapted to the design.
BENEFITS;Bobbin winding, creeling, bobbin stripping and re-winding are eliminated.Loom down time during pattern change is reduced. One carpet can be woven while the next carpet is being creeled.Measured winding reduces the yarn waste.Less space required.
