• We organize the journey to the destination, we arrange the necessary tickets (plane, train,…) as well as the transfer from the airport to the place of residence.

• We prepare the necessary logistics for the mobility of participants in the destination and rent as least one van to be able to improve it.

• We manage the insurances.

• We help them manage and get the European health insurance card and different cards.

• We organise the accommodation of participants and their accompanying persons. To do this we need the help of our local partners. Students and their legal responsibles will know in advance the characteristics of the accommodation that are assigned to them.

• During the mobility the students are accompanied by two tutors from the school to solve any possible problem.

• Our Italian partners are responsible for searching companies where training will take place and will also provide a tutor.
