Results from our questionnaire.Our survey was posted online, on a website called Survey Monkey. We collected a wide range of data, and organised the answers into graphs for easy reviewing.Overall, we had results from 50 people.Audience Feedback Results

The layout of our questionnaire onlineWe wanted our questionnaire to be clear and simple to read and understand, so we kept to a light background with dark text for easy reading. We varied our responses by using tick boxes and multiple selection options, with specification boxes for the audience to type their own views and opinions.

What is your Gender?Our audience were mostly female, with a few A-Gender people responding to our questionnaire. This shows our audience is female-leaning and will appreciate certain aspects such as aesthetics of a music video more.

What is your age?Our audience responses were from a young age range, with the most people being aged between 10 and 16. They make up over 75% of our feedback, and will therefore be a significant part of our target audience. This means they will appreciate use of technology and internet in the albums release as this generation want to keep up to date with their favourite bands.

What music genres do you listen to? (tick all that apply) Overall, the most popular music genres listened to by our audience were rock, pop and rap. Alternative can fit into each of these genres, but as a sub-genre, so we could potentially have a mass appeal with our music video.

From our results, the most popular alternative bands were Coldplay (the most with 83%), Oasis, Arctic Monkeys, Alt-J and Mumford and Sons. This is most likely due to their music being played in the popular music charts, making them well established amongst our audience. This mass appeal band will be what we wish to replicate in our album release, so we will focus on these popular bands.
