Objectives The objectives of the final are as follows: Gain an increased awareness of the importance of social concepts through the project Highlight the enhanced understanding of the theoretical and applied frameworks of social psychology Learning Outcomes The learning outcomes are as follows: Able to apply social psychological theories and concepts through project and presentation Able to produce and present a work that represents the comprehension of social psy chology as a mean to understand various social issues and circumstances Tasks Students (a group of 4-5) are required to: 1. Choose a topic of interest from ranges of social psychology discussion. 2. Create (through drawing) a built environment design that reflects the topic of interest. It can be in a form of space or building. For instance; a lounge to reduce the phenomenon of prejudice and stereotyping or a building that represents interpersonal relationship. 3. The design must be clearly indicated with specific title and themes 4. It must be presented on a mahjong paper with details of the space or building (with colors) 5. A detailed write up of the design and how it reflects different social concepts must be done.

Introduction

Submission Requirement The following requirement must be followed:

1. The design (on mahjong paper)

Title and theme (s) Student ID and Name for each group member

2. Write up

Header: Name, ID Number and Course Code Cover page – TU logo, Name, ID Number, Course Code and Title Font Type – Times New Roman Font Size – 12 Spacing – Double Pages – Maximum of four pages (excluding of cover page)

Assessment Criteria

The assessment is based on the following criteria: The design as appropriately presented with the title and theme (s) Relevant projection of social concept (s) as reflected through the design Clarity of the details in the write up (the purpose, the structure and others) Creativity and originality of design

Grading:
