What You Will Need:
★ Medium-Sized Bowl★ Small-Sized Bowl★ Cupcake Pan★ 1 bx Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix★ 1 jar Pillsbury Funfetti Icing★ 1 package Cupcake Cups★ Table-Top Mixer★ ½ cup Vegetable Oil★ 1 cup Water★ 4 Egg Whites
Step 3: Add the “Wet” Ingredients (Water, Vegetable Oil, Egg Whites)
Pour out 1 cup of Water and place it into the mixer.
Pour out ¼ cup of Vegetable Oil and place it into the mixer.
Add 4 Egg Whites into the small-sized bowl and place it into the mixer.
Step 4: Lock Mixer Into Place and Begin to Mix
After you have your cake mix and wet ingredients in the mixer, you know to lock it place.
Once the mixer is locked, you should start at the first speed so the cake mix and wet ingredients fly all over the place.
After a few seconds, you can increase the speed, but not too fast because the batter will break apart.
Step 5: Place the Cake Batter Into the Medium-Sized Bowl
After the cake batter has been mixed (few seconds), make sure that it is light and fluffy.
Remove the mixing bowl from the mixer and place it into the medium-sized bowl.
Step 8: Place A Knife In the Center of the CupCake
The Knife check is see whether or not the cupcake is fully cooked.
Place a knife or anything with a pointy end into the center of the cupcake.
If the knife or object is clean, then the cake is fully cooked.
But if the knife or object has batter on it, then it is not fully cooked and you should place it back in the oven for about 3- 5 minutes.
Step 9: Place Cooked CupCakes on a Flat Surface to Dry
After you remove the CupCake pan from the oven you need to place it on a flat surface before you can Ice it. You can either place it on a counter or in the refrigerator for a more quick cool-down.
It should take the cupcakes about 5-15 minutes to completely cool depending where you place them.
