Where is Egypt?

It is in the north of Africa. Its seas are the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea. The neighboring countries are Israel, Sudan and Libya.

The Egyptian museum of CairoIn the museum there is the most important collection of Egyptian art. For example there are sculptures of the head of Nefer-Titi, the sculpture of Anubi and the funerary mask of Thot-Ank-Amon.

Giza Giza is the necropolis of Cairo. The

most important monuments are the sphinx Abu el-Hol and the Great Pyramids. The most famous pyramids are the Cheops pyramid and the Chephren pyramid.

The valley of king

It is a big desert where now rest the bodies of the pharaohs. The most famous grave for the artistic and archaeological treasure is the Thot-Ank-Amon grave

Abu Simbel It is the most beatiful building of

the most great pharaohs:Ramsete II. On the north wall there is the most interesting decoration. It represent the phases of the battle of Kadesh.
