This I consider as my small but a special souvenir to you extending my appreciations to each one of you for having left your mark on these pages.

I have always believed the winds and waves are on the side of the ablest navigators and so was my joining in Reliance Life Insurance which has given me the stands to keep my sails soaring high. But how could I have done this without my undeterred ever passionate team, a team that did not settle with cheap thrills, a team that beats its own record time and again, a team that propelled to reach undiscovered heights. YES THIS IS MY TEAM - TEAM AGNI.

Team AgnI – I called it so to bring out the unique characteristic of fire that would rise higher and above exceeding vistas, crushing competition and bringing out manifold victory’ s. Just as the name goes this team comprising of Salem cluster spelled nothing but success. A new entrant or rather call it a mighty flame was the joining of Chennai Cluster. I saw this as a beginning to a greater victory.

We were on the roll and achievements never ceased to happen delivering solid 10 crores in the month of January and February giving each one of us the conviction to march ahead with determination in March.

With the ritual of celebrating after every victory our off sight get-together’s were a hollyhock to everyone leaving nostalgic memories for the participants and the others pulling up their socks to get qualified. The little simple but different steps will be a giant leap in fulfilling our bigger dreams and aspirations. And with the merit our team holds, I hope to give exemplary tutelage to reach the pinnacle of excellence and perfection I always aspire for.

I hope this will be a keepsake that you will dip into time and again and then carry on uplifted and refreshed. The joy of creating sharing and realizing dreams is what I want to share with you. This has been my driving force for setting challenges. It’s a challenge that will continue into future with all of you by my side.

May This Encourage You, Always Don't spend major time with minor people. If there are people in your life who continuslly disappoint you, break promises, stomp on your dreams, are too judgmental, have different values and don't have your back during difficult times...that is not friendship.

To have a friend, be a friend. Sometimes in life as you grow, your friends will either grow or go. Surround yourself with people who reflect values, goals interests and lifestyles.

When I think of any of my successes, I am thankful to God from whom all blessings flow, and to my family and friends who enrich my life.

Over the years my phone book has changed because I changed, for the better. At first, you think you're going to be alone, but after a while, new people show up in your life that make it so much sweeter and easier to endure.

Remember what your elders used to say, "Birds of the same feather flock together. If you're an eagle, don't hang around chickens: Chickens can't fly!"
