• Can be download from any client who goes on the site of the hotel

• Purpose => the client can fill up the form of the requests that concern his stays

• According to his schedule and needs, the client will have different choices available with detailed information, prices and guest comments. (restaurant, theater or other activities)

• The next day, the guest receives a confirmation from the hotel’s concierge

• The tickets of the different activities he selected will be in his room at his arrival

• When customer are booking a room online it’s often difficult to have the price in his/her currency (Pound, Dollar, Yen …)

• Hotel partnership with Yahoo convertor

• Can be downloaded on any hotel’s site

• Purpose: have a conversion rate application available, so that the guest has not got trouble decided on the prices if he is not living in the country’s currency rate.
