Opening of New School YearOpening of New School Year

• The school year 2009-2010 was started on 14 Sept 2009

• With newly painted playground we welcome student back to school

• Until now (Oct 5, 2009) we have 170 students returned.

• More are expected to come this month

• We have two volunteers from Kids Worldwide. Jessica form Switzerland and Lena from Germany.

• Both are inspire to have opportunity to help the school.

• Jessica is very helpful in administrative task of the school.

• WFP delivered food for feeding program and distribution to parent.

• The school is still far from self sufficient. Our target is to be able to pay the salary of the teachers from the parents fee. We are short 800 USD a month.

• We need support 150 USD for teaching and office materials.

• We need 500 USD a month to provide lunch for 200 kids.

• We also need support for maintenances and improvement of the infrastructure.
