Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

Coordinate project plan development, execute the plan and manage the change control process to ensure that all aspects of the project are working together

Scope Management Develop and implements plans and procedures

Risk Management Identify potential risk. Monitor the project to detect and resolve problems

Time Management Estimate the duration and sequence of actives and develop and control the project schedule

Cost and Budget Management

Estimate project cost and develop and control the project budget

Communications Define methods and lines of reporting and information distribution

Human Resource Management

Develop good leadership qualities. Plan team organization and develop their skills as individuals and as teams
