2. Rewriting a StoryRewrite the following story. Use the past tense.
John wanted to withdraw money from his checking account. He used the ATM at the grocery store. First, he put his ATM card into a machine. Then he typed in his PIN (personal identification number). The machine asked him how much money he wanted. John typed in $100.00. Five twenty-dollar bills came out of the machine. The machine asked John if he wanted a receipt. John pressed the Button for “yes”. John checked the receipt to make sure it was correct. Then he put it in his wallet with his $100.00.
