PerfectionismPerfectionism is when a person wants everything tobe perfect.Perfectionists will never settle for anything less thanperfect.Perfectionism can be good and bad.Gifted kids have a higher chance of being perfectionists. 3. Does school bore YOU?When AIG kids get bored during class, sometimes they: read, do other homework, draw or doodle, play games or puzzles, get on a computer and many others.Many people in AIG usually get bored in school because its way to easy or non-interesting.Some teachers allow their pupils to work at their own pace but some do not. You can work something out with your teacher to work with your pace. 4. FriendshipIts great to have friends to support and encourage you to do the best you can do.Sometimes their only friends with you because of the stuff you have or your popularity or even your smarts.Some bullies only bully you because theyre jealous. 5. The Famous GiftedBeethoven was exceptionally gifted with an IQ of about 160.Though Einstein always failed he was incredible at checking patents.He always got so caught up in his work he barely ate at all and got stomach cramps highly often. 6. Brain Drains And Brain BoostsBrain boosts are things that expand and help your brain.Brain drains are things that downgrade or not help your brain in any way.Some brain boosts are healthy eating, educational books and school.Some brain drains are war video games and non- educational programing. 7. Some AIG OpinionsDo you like AIG and why?Evelynn age 9 said Yeah because I can do fun, educational stuff that others cant do.Angelo age 10 Yes because you get to do fun things with friends!Noah age 9 Yeah because you are a model and just get to be yourself!!Those were opinions from Awe elementary AIG pupils. 8. IQsAn IQ score of 160 comes in about 1 in 10,000.An IQ score of 150 comes in about 9 in 10,000.An IQ score of 140 comes in about 7 in 1,000.Beethoven had an IQ of about 160.The highest IQ is 234. 9. GradesThere are some very smart kids that dont get picked to be in AIG because they dont get good grades.You can refer to Einstein, he was smart but failed in school.Sometimes smart kids fall behind because they get stressed and nervous during tests. 10. School StressSome AIG kids get stressed because of having to wait on other kids.Some others are stressed because they are perfectionists (see more on perfectionism on slide 2)Some others get stressed because their getting bullied for being in AIG.Thats they end of my presentation.
