All the etwinners are supposed to upload 3 candidate logo for eTwinning and 3 logos for the Erasmus + project until 15th March.

For the logo contest we can put a reward for the winner.We will carry out activities to enable pupils understand the three labours before each short-term

exchanges of group of pupils.• ICT integration in the Twinspace activities.

We will try to include ICT with the outdoor activities as much as possible. All the partner High Schools and Tudas will invite 20 students to Twinspace.

a.Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils What is the number of the participants?

2 students from each High Schools will participate in the pupil activities.At each time the hosting High

School are supposed to inlude two students from their school to the trainings run at the school.(Totally the number of pupils will be 8 foreign students+2 hosting student= 10 students.

Determining the genders of the pupilsAll the partners are supposed to determine the gender of the pupils who are goint to travel at least one month before the activity and inform the hosting organisation.We will all take into account that Romania has only boys.All the pupils will be accomadated by the hosting families.

Calender All the training activites for pupils must be at least 5 working days All the Learning/Teaching/Training Activities must be between Monday to Friday. The ones who can not involve the full 5 day trainings will not be considered as attended the

event. The First Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils will be on 6th April -10th April

Learning/Teaching/

All the participants must be at Mehmet Çelikel High School on 6th April Monday morning and leave after 10th April in th afternoon.

Second Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils will be in October in Italy (Except the dates 14th -17th October)

Distribution of tasks Mehmet Çelikel High School will be and the Greek High School will be responsible to provide the

Training Activities necessary information on history and mythology for the pupil training event in Turkey.Some activites will be carried out on Twinspace to help students get ready.

Mehmet Çelikel High School will be responsible to help the participants achieve the expected activites.

IES Jándula will provide trainings on the idea of Hercules and the three labours . ASPETE will provide trainings on ICT

Mehmet Çelikel Lisesi will provide trainings on iTEC. What are the activites included in the programme?

There will be 5 days training at school.Mehmet Çelikel Lisesi is supposed to provide 10 computers with a free wifi for the trainings.

Outdoor activities will be carried out at the places where the 12th Labour of Hercules was taken place.

There will be shootings on part of the story that students are going to be create during the trainings and this story will then be transfereed to ASPETE and HACETTEPE to be used for the outputs.

There will be cultural travels after the trainings.

We will decide on it after the involvement of the Greek High School.

Distribution of tasks on the topics of the trainings Duration and numbers of participant

All the trainings will be 5 days on 5 different subjects 1 teachers from all partner organisations and 2 pupils from each partner University will

participate in the joint staff trainings. ASPETE and HACETTEPE are supposed to determine the name of the pupils who are going to

take part at least four weeks before the event.Then the names will be sent to the Turkish National Agency for confirmation.

THE BAGATTA HIGH SCHOOL will be responsible for History and Mtyhology trainings.

Profile of the participants It is preferable to have different teachers for each joint staff training events.To run

smoothly we will choose the teachers who is at B1 level in English.

The exact dates of the following events will be determined during the Transnational Project Meetings unanimously.The hosting organisations excuses for the dates will be the priorities.

Project idea and the project activities will be presented. All the participants will contribute to one of the Intellectual Outputs by carrying out

questionnaires on them and including some of them to the online learning platform.

bodies neighbouring organisations etc.

Each partner pupils (exluding ASPETE and HACETTEPE) will be writing the historical and the cultural importance of the places of their countries including the tourist attractions,restaurants,transportation etc.

Each partner organisation are supposed to get EXPERT OPINION on the Travel Guide that the questions will be determined with a common google document.The results will be collected and announced by Mehmet Çelikel High School.

Each partner (Exluding ASPETE and HACETTEPE)will be supposed to prepare the topics related with the next short-term exchanges of groups of pupil before the mobility.

The partners who are going to take part in the short-term joint staff training events as the learners are supposed to implement the experiences gained during the trainings and upload their reflections on the data collecting platform.

The partners who are going to take part in the short-term joint staff training events as the teachers will be supposed to upload the related documents on their subject onto the data collecting platform before the mobilities.

Common Tasks

All partners are supposed to collect the diary of the project activities carried out in their organisation and send them to the coordinator at monthly basis.

The staff will be expected to organise their project activities fruitfully and reflect them to the project coordinator via data collecting platform

Each partner are supposed to collect documents,photos and videos related with the activities including the mobilities,events and development of the Intellectual outputs

Each partner High Schools and Tudas are supposed to include 20 pupils on Twinspace. Etwinning partners are supposed to carry out the activities on Twinspace on time Each partner are supposed to contribute in the related Intellectual Outputs Each partner are supposed to include a number of teachers to the online learning platform. Each partner are supposed to carry out the dissemination activies. Each partner are supposed to provide the necessary documents related with the fund at regular

joint staff trainings colloborating with the English teachers at the organisation. Each partner will carry out interviews,surveys and questionnaires on the local people,the teaching staff

at the organisations and the pupils. All partners are going to support the surveys and questionnnaires before and after the events and upload

To organise,develop and evaluate all the activities related with each phase. Collecting the project progress reports. With the help of the results of the Expert Opinion for Travel Guide ,determining the template of it. To collect all the necessary data of the outputs.

• We will create files and notebooks in a template that will be distributed during the project activities.• We will create T shirts and hats for the participants• Each organisation will determine the number of gadgets that is going to be used in each organisation

• We have already created a website of our project.Each partner organisation will translate the

Project Corner at each organisation.Each eTwinner partner are also supposed to show the eTwinning activites to their schools.

Dissemination of our project at local TV and newspapers. Each partner will disseminate each project event in the local TVs and newspapers as well as our organisations web site and procures.The necessary logos and the names will be includedin them.

At each time before and after the project events there must be meetings carried out with the parents.

for students and teachers.

Budget

Documents needed for the funding. Most of the items in the budget is UNİT COST. We need invoices just for Exceptional Costs For the transnational Events we need the certificates of attendace.

The budget for the accompanying persons in Learning/Teaching/Training Activities in Turkey between 6th April and 10th April will be compensated by the Implementation Budget.

All the dissemination gadgets will be paid by the Implementation Budget. For each of the mobilities if the budget is not enough it will be compensated by the Implementation

Budget. In any case each partner organisation are supposed to collect all the invoices including the unit costs.

Important Information

In the case that our budget proposal will not be approved,we have already set other goals to reach the results of the project with smaller budgets.If any of the project partners is not involve in the project because of unexpected situations,we will purchase service for the tasks of the outputs to reach the result.

In the case that the recruited participants can not attend to any of the national and transnational activities,another participants will be arranged beforehand to handle the situation immediately.

Related with the formal regulations some more colleagues are arranged in the case of the move of the

participants to another school.In this case the roles will then be swapped and the other colleagues will then take up the responsibiliy.

The project coordinator of each organisation will be responsible to tackle the problems with the members of the project team.

If any of the colleagues will not run smootly in the development of the project activities,he/she will be replaced by another member by the coordinators of each organisation.
