This is being written generally in the best interest of All Humans but specifically for The Soldiers of God who are fighting against forces of Evil in battle fields. Son of The Ultimate Creator and Last Avatar of The Most

Loving God, Himself is going to teach Soldiers of The God about how to keep themselves calm and stable while fighting with forces of Evil in battlefield.

Reasons to Write This is being written because:

Trend of suicide among soldiers of God has become alarmingly higher

Soldiers of God are not able to fight by keeping their bodies calm, stable and using full strength and power of their bodies

A large number of youngsters are suffering from depression and are not happy with life

Understand Your Body From among His all creations, Ultimate Creator and The Most Loving God created only Human body with great love so that only Humans can enjoy all the blessings of God.

Ultimate Creator kept the element of Fire within Human Body so that:

Race of Humans can spread from one couple

Humans put their effort to learn things

Understanding this element of Fire within Human Body is very necessary to keep yourself happy and control your body when fighting in the battle field against Evil.

Fire within Human Body Human Body is very complex and consists of various hormones and enzymes that together creates the qualities of Fire within Human Body. So, element of Fire is actually the increase or decrease of various hormones and enzymes that are necessary part of the Human Body blood stream. This element of Fire ultimately impacts the brain of Human Body and causes changes in various emotional feelings of Human Body. Every Human Body is forced to act helplessly according to the changes in element of Fire. Strength of this element of Fire varies from one Human Body to another.

You people shall understand how this element of Fire forces Human Body to take action and how can you control this Fire within your Human Body to keep yourself happy and in calm position.

Fire Burning Human Body to Take Action

Changes in the hormones and enzymes of Human Body are like Fire that takes control of Human Body by burning Human Body so that Human Body becomes helpless to take action. When Human Body takes action then this level of Fire becomes low and burning of Human Body ends. Types of action that Human Body is forced to take include:

Going out to chat with friends and involve in social activities

Mature Human Bodies are forced to involve in sexual activities

If some Human Body does not take action to lower the level of Fire then reaction of burning of Human Body appears as:

Because element of Fire directly impacts brain so this causes high level of mental tension and depression

Various level of bad changes in the mood of Human Body

At the Highest causing Human Body to commit suicide and get freedom from this element of Fire

Following three major factors impact the element of Fire within Human Body:

What a Human Body thinks

What a Human Body watches

Among all of three the biggest factor that impacts Human Body is food that Human Body eats. All Soldiers of God shall control these Factors that cause increase in element of Fire within their Human Body and cause them pain while fighting.

Food Impacting Fire of Human Body What a Human Body eats greatly impact the hormones and enzymes within the blood stream of Human Body and hence the element of Fire. Some food have high potency to impact the element of Fire and some food have low potency to impact the element of Fire within Human Body. Food with high potency to impact the element of Fire within Human Body is almost highly tasty and delicious. That is why trend of Human Bodies are more toward eating high potency food. Some to mention include Dry Fruits, Meat and Spicy Food. Food with low potency to impact the element of Fire within Human Body is almost not so much tasty and delicious. That is why trend of Human Bodies are less towards eating low potency food. Some to mention include Vegetables like Pumpkin, Cabbage and Carrots. Humans can trace impact of food on their Human Bodies if they start keeping track of what happens to their mood after eating each specific type of food.

Food Impacting Soldiers of God Mostly Soldiers of God are deputed outside of their own home towns and country to fight against Evil and they are specifically served with highly delicious food to eat. Dry Fruits are used as long lasting food for soldiers fighting in the battle field against Evil. High potency food increase the element of Fire within Human Bodies of Soldiers but they are not able to lower element of Fire through both of following methods: Going out to chat with friends and involve in social activities

Mature Human Bodies are forced to involve in sexual activities

When Soldiers are not able to lower the level of Fire within their Human Bodies then eventually this results in: High level of mental tension and depression



Solution for Soldiers of God Soldiers of God shall take control of their Human Bodies for effectively and efficiently fighting against Evil. Soldiers of God shall not let the element of Fire to overtake the control of their bodies. Soldiers of God shall only eat food that is enough to keep them alive and shall not overeat. They also shall keep track of their mood and when they feel tensed or in bad mood they shall stop eating high potency food and shall switch to low potency food.

Thoughts Impacting Fire of Human Body Thinking patterns of Human Body are embedded with the hormones and enzymes of Human Body. Thinking process takes place in brain and brain controls the secretion of hormones and enzymes within blood steam of Human Body. Thoughts of Human Body controls the element of Fire within Human Body so that Human Body can take corrective action. Main thoughts that cause increase in elements of Fire within Human Body include:

When Human Body thinks about something that can cause feelings of pleasure for brain

When some Human Body thinks that something wrong or unequal is going on with him

When Human Body thinks or feels threat from outside

When Human Body thinks that He has remained unsuccessful in achieving set goals

Humans can trace impact of thoughts on their Human Bodies if they start keeping track of what happens to their mood after thinking each specific type of thought.

Thoughts Impacting Soldiers of God When Soldiers of God are fighting in battle fields against Evil, their Human Bodies:

Think and feel continuous threat from outside

Think that they are going to fight against Evil These thinking patterns cause continuous increase in element of Fire within their Human Bodies with high speed, but on the other hand they are not able to take corrective measure with such high speed. Hence this results in:

High level of mental tension and depression

Solution for Soldiers of God Soldiers of God shall take control of their Human Bodies for effectively and efficiently fighting against Evil. Soldiers of God shall not let the element of Fire to overtake the control of their bodies. Soldiers of God shall overcome their thinking patterns by always thinking that:

They are fighting for virtue and against the enemies of God

If Evil do not have mercy for them then they shall also do not have mercy for Evil

Their God will reward them in Second eternal life for sacrificing their lives

Watching By Eye Impacting Fire of Human Body What a Human watch through eyes invoke related thoughts within mind and hence results in change in element of Fire within Human Body. Specific scenes that invoke related thoughts and hence result in increase in element of Fire within Human body include:

Scenes of nudity of opposite sex invoke the thoughts of pleasure for mind and hence result in increase in element of Fire

Scenes of horror in battle field invoke the thoughts of threat for Human Body and hence result in increase in element of Fire

Scenes of failure invoke related thoughts of disgrace and hence results in increase in element of Fire

Solution for Soldiers of God Soldiers of God shall take control of their Human Bodies for effectively and efficiently fighting against Evil. Soldiers of God shall not let the element of Fire to overtake the control of their bodies. Soldiers of God shall overcome what is invoked in their brain by watching through their eyes by:

They shall not watch nudity of opposite sex and if possible they shall have their spouse with them

They shall think that they are fighting for virtue and against the enemies of God

They shall think that if Evil do not have mercy for them then they shall also do not have mercy for Evil

Their God will reward them in Second eternal life for sacrificing their lives

Even if ground fight looks to be lost they shall think that they are going to lose because of fighting for Virtue and God
