Testimonials

Christopher Wong:

“In my opinion, I think we were very privileged to

be invited to help out in the ACMI Bread Basket

project as it was an eye opening experience: we got

to see the foreign workers themselves in their own

'home', where they lived, what they do and what

kind of conditions they lived in.

But most importantly, we got to see the faces of

Christ through different races and help them. Jesus

said, ‘Whatever you have done to the least of my

brothers, you have done to me.’ Although it got

tiring at some point, we still had fun :)”

Testimonials

Naomi Gregory:

“This experience has allowed me to learn many

things. One of them, it’s the love and care that you

bring to someone when they receive a bag of these

daily necessities. My friend and I decided to say the

word 'love' as we put our products into the bag. This

told the people around me, that we really did it with

our hearts and knew that it was a good cause.

Others, is team work as you do the thousands of

these bread baskets. I like this experience, and it’s

great to do with your friends. Also, you will be doing

a good deed to the people who build things for you.

It’s like paying back to society!”

Testimonials

James Lee Hong Thern:

“My experience in ACMI was an awesome one.

Although it was very hard work packing all the

supplies has they had kept flowing in, we did it in

the end. We did it because it may be the only

present that these immigrants would get for

Christmas and it felt good to help.

ACMI was also very organized on how we were

supposed to get everything packed in the most

efficient way possible. All in all it felt good to help

and I think it was great that ACMI has offered a

program like this.”
