SpringboardTVIt's given them a real taste of what it's like to work in industry. You could potentially have a learner coming to the college and feeling as if they're being employed at SpringboardTV.

You're not coming to college to do a BTec diploma in media, you're coming to the college to work for SpringboardTV and you happen to get that and many other things on your journey through. And at the end you go off to a destination and it feels seamless, it feels like you've had one experience and gained a huge amount on the way through.
