2. At first about lionsAt first about lions The Lion belongs to Cat family, genus Panthera. Four animals belong to the genus Panthera. Lions are carnivoresmeat eaters. They hunt animals ranging in size from small hares to large buffalo. Male lions have mane and scientists believe that male lions' manes make them look fierce and may help protect their throats in battle with other males. 3. They were found in most of Africa, across Eurasia from western Europe to India, and in the Americas from the Yukon to Peru. Lions are famous for their loud roar which can be heard up to 5 miles away. They can make such a loud roar because the cartilage in their throats has turned into bone. They tend to roar more at night. 4. Lions live by groups which is called pride. A pride of lions can have from 3 lions to 30 lions. A lioness is ready to have babies when she is 2-3 years old. Baby lions are called cubs. Ligersgrow far larger than either parent. In contrast to ligers, tigonsare often relatively small in comparison to their parents. 5. Today lions are kept by humans in public zoos, private menageries, national parks, circuses, etc. There are many stories about tight friendship bonds, created between lion and human. However, there are also many stories of human attacking by lion. 6. Now about whiteNow about white White is color at its most complete and pure, the color of perfection. The color meaning of white is purity, innocence, wholeness and completion. In color psychology white is the color of new beginnings, wiping the slate clean, so to speak. It is the blank canvas waiting to be written upon. While white isn't stimulating to the senses, it opens the way for the creation of anything the mind can conceive. 7. And in the end about white lionsAnd in the end about white lions I think that white lions are like a white colour: quiet, beautiful and clever... In the interenet about white linos are written, that they... ... is not separate type of lion. This is caused by genetic disease, called leucism, causing lighter coat color than normal lions have. White lions are not albinos. They have normal pigmentation in the eyes and skin. White lion individuals occasionally have been met in and around Kruger National Park, where they live in common pride but they are more commonly found in captivity, where breeders specially breed them. 8.
