This is the best thank you note we have received from the OELP team who organized Kahani Mela at Tilonia in which more than 1200 children from 40 villages particpated. Their words best describe what books means to these children, “For us the Kahani Mela has been an opportunity to connect our children from rural Rajasthan to a wider world…. We have experienced the poise and dignity with which they confront the challenges of their day to day lives, which often border on survival… These stories give wings to some of their fantasies, their experiences, thoughts, feelings, challenges and ideas.”
