I believe that memorization is an important practice for the brain.

I will expect students to learn prayers, short poems, etc.

RULES

Students will work together to develop appropriate rules for working together as a community.

MORRISON MONEY

Students will receive Morrison Money for appropriate behavior. This can be used to purchase items at the auction at the end of the quarter or candy on Friday afternoon.Students will have to pay Morrison Money for inappropriate behavior.

HOMEWORK•Review of lesson covered in classroom•Practice of skill learned•Preparation for test or quiz•All homework is to be turned in first thing in the morning•Independent•Good use of study time in classroom will reduce the amount of work at night

ASSIGNMENT BOOKS

•Check books at the end of day•Should have all assignments to turn in the next day•Homework available on www.schoolnotes.com and www.stmary4th.pbworks.com

ATTENDANCE

•Highly important•We will do many activities in class that are very hard to make up•Do NOT send sick children to school
