Three Point Lighting Refers to the classic use of at

least three lighting elements to light a subject in a scene.

Key Light The key light is the main illumination of a

subject.

Fill Light The fill light is the light that lightens shadows

created by the main (key) light.

Back Light Illumination from behind the subject and

opposite the camera.
