Target IGNOU students: students who need the site the most as they study from home All distance learning program : Contact all deemed and govt. universities which offer distance learning
NGO and NPO working for education of people in different cities : They have lack of resources and they would welcome technology which can really help them scale up
Day care/ play school/ pre school : tie up with them so that they show the videos (Jingle /rhyme) to students in different languages
Cook delicious food from home : for housewife and foodies
Encouraging students to have fun and study during long summer holidays
Foreign language / regional language : easy to know the basics of various languages now . They are just a click away why to waste money when you can learn at home
Tie up with bars or pubs which offer karaoke in house : the facility can be used in various such places where people can see the song words and sing at the same timeTelebrands video in different language (source of revenue also) : placing exclusive videos as well as ads in beginning of video

Tie up with state government : Teachers in government school (especially rural) is less so making them understand the benefits of site. Teaching student in there local as well as other language
Madarsas : Teaching subjects in various language (especially urdu). This site can be used extensively at Madarsas to learn in different languages.
Targeting states with lowest rate of literacy ( U.P, bihar) where in facilities and teachers are not enough.
Targeting state that are investing heavily in technology for teaching
ITI colleges can be targeted for knowing different techniques and they could benefit from watching videos in their native languages which is easier for them to grasp
Targeting places with highest penetration of TAB / smart phones in tier two cities
Education for all campaign
•Capital is required for Advertisements and Promotions. So Angel Investors is the best option at the present moment•JV or VC can be looked as future option

Financing/ Raising Capital
CONT.Donation/Reward crowdfunding is a better option for DUBROO as it is
placing itself as education for all in INDIA which will gather support from all parts of the society
Debt crowdfunding It really depends on the bargaining power of investor as good invests give reliable return but with lower interest.
These two are better option for DUBROO as it is long term, leads to grater valuation and higher visibility but an unorthodox approach
