Install WordPress Decide on any special features you may need (are you taking payments? Etc.)

DESIGN THE WEBSITEChoose the theme (consider overall design and features desired)

Customize the themeCreate or install any special functions (do you have a shopping cart?, etc.)

Install plugins (Akismet, Contact forms, social sharing, security, SEO, analytics, other functions)

Create widgets for sidebars, footers, headers, etc.

CREATE CONTENTAdd all your parent pagesAdd all your subpages (more can be added as necessary but I add the ones I know)

Create menu to organize your pagesAdd content including words, pictures (don’t forget links!)

SITE CHECKSpelling/Grammar (try Grammarly or other program)

Do all the links work? Test all forms and widgets.
