The 2012 Molo Academy Top Performers Luncheon was a great success. We hosted 37 top performers and 9 teachers to a festive day at the Tribe Hotel, Gigiri on 30th June. We also heard from industry experts who advised the top performers on career, life and entrepreneurial skills. Invited speakers included Olivia Oloo (Head of HR, CB), James Ngeta (MD Abbey Comfort Inn and other companies), Brenda Waka (Owner, Sapani Brand), John Kinyua (Senior Auditor, KPLC), Kap Kirwok (Country Director Trademarks East Africa) and a host of Molo Academy alumni.The luncheon was sponsored by many Friends of Molo Academy, Alumni and included a donation from International Altrusa.

Every year for the last five years, the Friends of Molo Academy has been involved in aproject to raise the standards of education in our former school.We do this by hosting the Top KCPE and KCSE performers to a luncheon at a 5-StarHotel.The luncheon has been a great motivator. The schools performance has gone fromgood, to great, to exceptional. We easily cleared the Kshs. 137,000 bill and even had a Kshs.12,000 surplus!!!
