The effect of the action of highly effective principals influence student performance in the equivalent to 2-7 months of additional learning in each school year, while ineffective directors that negatively influence a student's performance in a comparable amount (but in reverse).
Make Difference

students life, are those who have principals (and middle management) that influence the work of
teachers so these can make the difference in
students, despite students background.
