OUTLINE OF THE ONE WHO CONDUCTS BUSINESS CONFERENCE

1. Will the audience be interested in my volume, speed and linguistic?

2. Am I interested in the conference?3. Am I able to talk about today’s meeting

Inform means…Be like teachers lecturers and most

broadcasters certainly set valuable information on a large amount of information. To demonstrate judge or jure of the truth.

Persuade means…To say your opinion and thinking that is

true whether or not your participants agreeing.

Inspire means…Having mentioned encompass and

obvious way. And to demonstrate it is real way there are not better one in this discussion.

OUTLINE OF THE ONE WHO CONDUCTS VIDEO CONFERENCE.Open with an introduction With lets the audience know who you are, what you are going to

be speaking about and why and what you hope achieve by the end of the speech.

Provide the preview of your points Telling the participants what you will be saying, that will help

you to achieve your aim, and in what order.Quickly move into your main points. Covering them in a logical order that builds your argument,

starting with the most basic or fundamental of your claims.Summarize the points you have made So that the participants and audience can feel confident that

they have understood everything in your conducting conference, you must to do closing with summarize.

Conclude The conclusion ties together everything you have said and

reminds them what you wanted to convinced them of and why they should be persuaded.

1 Start planning as early as possible.

2 What is the size of the audience at each event and how technically minded are they?

3 Determine from the venue what equipment is included in the room hire charge.

4 When choosing your venue, consider the ceiling height, blackout capabilities, power supplies and access.

5 Allow plenty of time for set-up, rehearsal and de-rigging and check with the venue that the rooms are free for this duration.

VENUES The venues you use have a different

view when it comes to AV provision but they do tend to be on the more practical side.

Be very clear about what you want to achieve before agreeing to hire equipment.

Use a reputable audio visual supplier who preferably knows the venue.

Liaise closely with the venue to understand the possibilities and the limitations.

Don’t get carried away with new technology – keep it appropriate. Size isn’t everything!
