Honey and Its ProductsA Lecture By Mr. Allah dad khan

Honey food and MedicineFor centuries, honey has been a food, sweetener and medicine for humans! It has high nutritional value, a specific taste and aroma. It is only made by honey bees and cannot be industrially produced.Hippocrates believed that honey, water and air could cure all ailments, while Aristotle was the author of the first expert book on keeping bees.

What is the secret of this nectar of the gods?

Honey contains more than 180 different compounds, numerous organic acids, various vitamins, minerals, enzymes, wax, pollen grains and ethereal oils. Due to its harmonious composition, honey is a biologically valuable food for both children and adults. It is easily digestible, and is used by the body quickly and almost completely. In terms of its enzyme content, honey is among the most important food products and is a natural source of energy. Regular consumption helps to achieve physical endurance and mental stability.

Honey improves the work of all our organs, strengthens the bodys immunity, cleanses the blood of toxins and facilitates the absorption of many active substances (medications, vitamins, hormones, active compounds in medicinal herbs). For ages it has also been used as a sweetener, and due to the fact that it is non-perishable, it has also been used as a food preservative. That is, right up until sugar appeared on the culinary scene. However, in the overall return to nature and healthy food, honey is again becoming an everyday food.

Crystallization of HoneyThe crystallization of honey is a natural property. Crystallized honey can be returned to liquid form by heating it to a temperature of 45C, without losing its medicinal properties. Consumption of honey in the morning helps to cleanse the body of harmful compounds, while it has a soothing effect in the evening. It is best consumed dissolved in a beverage or under the tongue

WHATISPROPOLIS?

Bees gather propolis from trees and plants and make it into a sticky substance to sterilize the inside of their nest area. Propolis is anti-everything. Anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal etc., so bees use it as their immune system in the hive. It is also used to glue things together. In the winter propolis is cold and hard. But in the summer it is gooey and sticky.
