COMPETITION

• Apps like dubsmash are a major competition but vocalize differs dubsmash in many ways

While dubsmash is used to enact scenes,vocalize allows user to perform karaoke as well as enacting.

Dusmash do not allow competiton within group and between groups of vocalize users.

Vocalize allows users to choose songs from their galleries as well.

Noise removal and frequency modulation are a major asset for vocalize.

• We focus more on product development which creates an experience customer never forgets.

• Our goal is to reach to maore than 50 million free version users and 1 million premium version users.This has to be achieved within 2 years.

• There are several other apps like dubsmash which can come across as a major competition.

• So,a strategy is required to encounter such threats.

• Our primary target customer base is the youth around 18-30 years.This app provides entertainment yet in a competitive manner which attracts users of this age group.

• Our secondary target base is people around 15-18,30-40. Although people using entertainment apps in these age groups is less we tend to attract them by connecting emotionally.

• App requires small customer care centre to come across users problems and their ratings i.e these employees collect ratings from different customer bases and their ideas to improve app.

• Premium version costs 1 USD (67INDIAN RS) it was decided so that people will not feel it is

costly as main purpose of the app is to provide entertainment,although 1 USD will not be a problem for users who wish to use this app to create their own carrers through singing or remixing songs.

• Initially(only for 6 months) collaborated with whats app and facebook apps to create a vocalize option on their apps.In this option users can only perform karaoke and share them.
