Miles brings extensive experience in finance, marketing, operations and general management gained in the energy, commercial real estate and consulting industries as well as the military. Before joining Simcoe RE, Miles served as President, Voltaire Power. Prior to that he was VP Consulting at Colliers International (Commercial Real Estate). In addition, as an independent consultant, he assisted client firms in commercial real estate and trades who were undergoing dramatic change. He has taught solar photovoltaic systems at Sheridan College (Canada) for over four years.Miles gained significant experience in leadership and made valuable contributions as an Officer in the Canadian Army and later the British Royal Marines where he saw active service. Besides his Officer training, Miles holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Canada.Miles McDonald - CEO

CORPORATE PROFILEMohameds academic background is very broad (Remote Sensing, Exploration Geology, Environmental Sciences and Information Systems) and encompasses business and managerial experience gained in Canada, the Netherlands, Belgium, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mozambique, South Africa and Nigeria.Mohamed has been intimately involved in the public sector in South Africa at National, Provincial and Local levels since his return to the country in 1995. His work has involved both operational as well as strategy development. Kaiser Akbar - Senior VP & General Counsel Director

Kaiser is a corporate finance lawyer with extensive experience in the Canadian and European corporate finance market. He has worked as an in-house counsel for investment companies in Canada, and has also worked as a lawyer for law firms in Canada and overseas. Between 2003 and 2007, Kaiser was a partner at Boyle & Co LLP, a boutique corporate-securities transactional law firm in Toronto. Between 2007 and 2009, Kaiser worked as a senior corporate finance lawyer for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in their Moscow office. Kaiser has listed companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange and the London Stock Exchange. Kaiser has also worked on multi-jurisdictional mergers & acquisitions transactions, and purchase and sale of businesses. Kaiser has a Bachelor degree in Economics. Michael Gallimore Senior VP - Finance Michael is an investment professional and is also a Managing Director of Lexstone Capital from 2012 to present. Michael is also the co-founder and director of Henton Education Group since 2009, Henton develops e-learing programs for commercial and not for profit entities. Between 2004 and 2008, Michael was the Principal of Northwoods Fund Management. Michael ran the day-to-day operations of the fund, which was focused on mid-market investments in private & public infrastructure. The company was sold in 2008; between 1995 and 2002, Michael was the CEO of Northern Trust Global Advisors, a division of the Northern Trust Company of Chicago. The company had $15 billion in assets, 5 offices in US, Canada and UK and over 100 staffs; Prior to that, Michael has worked in various capacities at RCB Canada, Towers Perrin, IBM Canada and Sun Life. Michael is a director advisor to Salvation Army Canadian Investment Committee. Michael has a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from Concordia University, and he is a Chartered Member of the CFA Institute since 1983.
