1. First go to www.Paypal.com2. Click 'sign up' at the top of the screen3. Click 'personal' to begin setting up your account

4. Fill out the information in the appropriate boxes in the form that follows5. Select whether you would like to pay with your credit card or directly from your bank

6. Insert your credit or bank information

With information in place, secure payments are able to be made from any computer with internet access and login information.
