Why FORCES FOR CHANGE matter to all British Columbians

Without action, we face significant skills shortages, placing unprecedented pressure on our working age population to sustain growth and provide social services.

This means a diminished quality of life for all British Columbians.

To maintain and improve economic and social prosperity, one of British Columbia’s highest priorities is to address this challenge.
