Apple Has Taken Initiatives To Make Shares More Attractive
The Board approved an increase to Apple's quarterly dividend of approximately 8% and has declared a dividend of $3.29 per common share, payable May 15, 2014.
Apple plans to expand its capital return program to over $130 billion by the end of the calendar 2015.
The Board of Directors announced a seven-for-one stock split.
