Christmas Eve Visitor

Either St Nicholas in his sleigh, or perhaps an impaired driver, after leaving the neighborhood bar, entered our clients home. He drove through a fence and traversed a driveway, before ultimately entering our clients kitchen through the exterior wall.

The concussion and sound from the impact woke our sleeping homeowners. When out on the lawn there arose such a clatterBy the time they got outside to see what had occurred, With a little old driver, so lively and quick the visitor was gone.

Aware of the degree of damage, the late hour, and the holiday, our homeowners were hoping to get someone to respond the following day. Upon contacting their insurance company, the homeowners were instructed to call Integrated Restoration.

Our personnel quickly secured the property, including addressing electrical and plumbing safety concerns. We then completed the board up and site clean up, working into the early hours of the morning.

We then began repairs, working with the insurance adjuster and the homeowner on an agreed scope of work.
